Residential
Interior & exterior painting on new builds for the major developers such as Jalcon Homes, GJ Gardner, Jennian, Sentinel Homes, etc… is what we specialise in.
Commercial
Light commercial work to schools, factories, office and apartment blocks are no problem for our 6 teams of painters.

We have also been catering to high end private renovation projects in the central and east Auckland areas for the past 20 years.
Fix & Stop
Plaster board Installation
Plasterboard installation using our preferred brand Winstone Gib and also other brands if required. Installation done only by Gib Club Installers to ensure the highest possible quality outcome.
Plastering
All interior surfaces plastered to a level 4 or 5 finish depending on your requirements. Our 3 teams of plasterers also apply villa compound plastering when needed.
Steel ceiling battens
We supply and install 20mm or 35mm steel ceiling battens wherever required and can install using direct fix or laser and clip methods. All battens are made from NZ steel and are 0.55mm in thickness.
Scaffolding
Fixed Scaffolding
We work with specialist scaffolding contractors to provide a safe and efficient scaffolding system where required, using only professional, qualified scaffold installers.
Mobile scaffold tower supply
Where full scaffolding isn’t needed we supply our own mobile scaffold towers including in areas such as small entranceways and stairwells.

Xten Painting Systems was established in 1994 as Martin Wallis Painting Systems, later becoming Xten Painting Systems and since then has gained a reputation as a top quality contractor, contracting long term for companies such as Jalcon Homes (entire Auckland reigon since 1999 and still going), GJ Gardner, Maddren Homes, Stonewood Homes, Jennian Homes, Sentinel Homes and also doing high-end private work throughout the east Auckland suburbs of Remuera, Kohimarama, St Heliers and the like.
Over a decade ago we expanded into plasterboard installation and plastering so as to be able to have quality control on projects before the painting stage.
